  On a Wednesday I accidentally backed my boat into a very large tree at my home while trying to hurriedly unhook so that I could make an emergency parts run for my business. The damage was across the entire swim deck on the back of the boat, and around the corners. The worst part, we were leaving for a lake vacation in 4 days, and the having the boat was a must! That afternoon, I called around the Pottsboro area, and the other fiberglass repair shops were less than exuberant about trying to make the repair by the 4 day deadline. Tony at Precision told me he was working on the lake Thursday, but would be able to look at the boat first thing Friday morning. His accent was a bit tough to understand, but I told him I would call him if I decided to come Friday morning. By Thursday, I had decided to just sand down the protruding fibers, and seal the cracks the best I could with epoxy. I had gone to town and bought what I thought I needed. Just before my business closed, Tony called back. He told me to have the boat there first thing so he could look at it. I asked him if he thought he could make the repairs in time, and he said yes. So first thing Friday, I was at his shop at 8 a.m. He looked the boat over and told me $800. I asked him again if he could have it by the following Tuesday. He said it would be ready first thing Tuesday morning, and I could pick it up. I backed the boat into his shop, and unhooked. Tony then said he might be able to have it by Sunday morning, and would I be able to pick it up. I told him that if he got it done by Sunday, I would give him an extra $200. Tony called me at 4 p.m. Friday to tell me that I could pick my boat up at 10 a.m. Saturday! He made the repairs in 26 hours! I picked the boat up, and it looked great! He told me ahead of time that the white would match perfect, but the dark blue would be off a little, as the damage was on a color divide, top and bottom. I told him I wasn't worried about that at all. The white was a perfect match, and you have to look real hard to see the difference in the blue. I highly recommend Precision Fiberglass! Tony and his staff are dedicated to customer service, and he earned my business by taking the time to follow up!
